Alessandro-Adelchi Rossi

ALESSANDRO ADELCHI ROSSI graduated, cum laude, from Università degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza, and received his M.S. in Taxation from Pace University in New York.

Mr. Rossi became a Dottore Commercialista in 1989 and is a Revisore Legale dei Conti.

Mr. Rossi has spoken on tax topics at seminars sponsored by the Council of International Tax Education in New York City.  He also has spoken on permanent establishment issues and Italian corporate law at conferences sponsored by Il Sole 24Ore in Milan, Italy, and by Hofstra University in New York, and on tax treaties as a guest lecturer in the International Tax course of Pace University’s Master of Science in Taxation program. He appeared on Italian national television as an expert of U.S. and Italian tax laws.

Mr. Rossi was an assistant lecturer of Business Law in the MBA program of Universitá degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza from 1992 to 1994.  In 1993 the Unione Giovani Dottori Commercialisti of Rome awarded him with the “Italo Cesarini” prize for a paper on the roles, under Italian corporate law, of the statutory board of auditors and the independent auditors. 
 
Mr. Rossi is a member of the International Fiscal Association (USA Branch) and served as Italian correspondent for Tax Notes International, published in the U.S. by Tax Analysts.  His publications include co-authoring a chapter on Italian transfer pricing rules in a treatise entitled Transfer Pricing International: A Country-by-Country Guide (John Wiley and Sons, Inc., 2000), and articles published in the U.S. and Italy by Tax Notes International, BNA Tax Management Transfer Pricing Report, Il Sole 24Ore, Il Fisco, Il Giornale dei Dottori Commercialisti, Parabancaria, Consulenza and Societá nella U.E.
