Susan Harris
SUSAN HARRIS has over 25 years of experience in public accounting and 5 years of experience in private industry. Ms. Harris is an expert in IFRS and US GAAP tax provisions, but also provides a broad range of services to her clients, including all aspects of federal tax compliance.
Ms. Harris advises her clients on cross-border transactions, withholding tax on foreign payments, and incorporating business acquisitions into current operations. Ms. Harris’ clients operate in a diverse range of industries, including luxury goods, fashion and design, and food & beverage. Her clients include consolidated corporations that operate across all 50 states and are either U.S. subsidiaries of foreign entities or U.S. entities that own foreign controlled corporations.
Ms. Harris graduated summa cum laude from Michigan State University Honors College and obtained her Masters in Taxation from the University of Minnesota. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
