Giacomo Valori
GIACOMO VALORI graduated in Economics from Bocconi University, Milan with a major in International Economics and Industrial Organization. He also earned a Master of Science in Taxation from Pace University, New York. Before joining Funaro & Co., P.C. in 2007, Mr. Valori worked for two primary tax law firms in Milan.
Giacomo Valori is an expert in U.S. transfer pricing matters and director of Funaro’s transfer pricing department. His practice covers a wide range of activities including the preparation of transfer pricing policies for U.S. and foreign-based multinational enterprises as well as the contemporaneous documentation, negotiation of unilateral and bilateral Advance Pricing Agreements and Competent Authority relief, support during transfer pricing examinations, advice in the context of international business restructurings, and valuation of intangibles for clients in various industries such as luxury goods, consumer products, food and beverage, industrial machinery and components, shipping, chemical, pharmaceutical, medical, steel, commodities, construction, e-commerce, telecommunication, and software.
